The Northstar™ Club is an enclave of elegant private residences and a
comfortable clubhouse ideally located at the base of one of Tahoe's
finest ski resorts, Northstar-at-Tahoe®. The club offers unmatched
ski-in, ski-out access during the winter and a magnificent alpine
setting during other times of the year.
Club membership is an exciting yet sensible way to own prestigious
Tahoe real estate. It brings together luxurious accommodations, hotel
services, and year-round, world-class recreation at Northstar™'s very
best location.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
The personal attention afforded by your Northstar™ Club membership is
evident upon arrival. You are greeted by name in the Club reception
lobby and welcomed back by Club staff members who have become friends.
- Your luggage is taken to your private residence by the bellman.
Club membership frees you from the daunting task of packing and
transporting bulky ski equipment, ski clothing and accessories. Skis,
boots and poles, along with your ski clothes were placed in the Club's
secure storage area after your previous visit. Just prior to arrival,
your ski clothes were placed in your Club residence. Your skis, boots
and poles are in your private locker in the stately Members Ski Room.
- The Club has been built on a human scale, not intended for the
masses, but rather for individual enjoyment. As you walk through the
lobby, your appreciation for its comfort and warm, relaxing atmosphere
is rekindled,. You take pride in the tasteful furnishings, thoughtful
appointments and the friendliness of members and staff, alike.
- In the Members Lounge, you settle in next to the fireplace with a
beverage and chat with fellow members you've come to know during
previous vacations. To maximize vacation time, change rooms and luggage
storage are available for early arrivals and late departures during any
time of year.
THE ULTIMATE SKI VACATION
During the winter, there is no morning rush. There's no equipment to be
loaded into an ice-cold car. No traffic or stop-and-go driving to start
your day. No parking hassles. No long hikes from the car to the lifts.
You're at the lifts! Your skis, poles and boots are waiting in the
Member's locker Room where you are assisted by the ski attendant. The
Big Springs Gondola is right outside your door. In only minutes you are
at the top of the mountain, with its breathtaking views and spectacular
skiing. If you or the children forgot something or need extra clothes,
no problem. Simply ski back to your Club residence. Ski home for lunch
if you wish.
- Nearly 2,400 skiable acres blanketed by bountiful snowfall, an
exhilarating 2,280-foot vertical drop, an extensive lift system,

- Northstar™ Club is adjacent to Northstar™'s Swim and Racquet Club,
one of the finest facilities of its type to be found at any mountain
resort. As a Northstar™ Club member you have full privileges at this
exceptional recreation complex.
- Whether during daylight surrounded by majestic alpine vistas, or at
night under a crystal clear, star-spangled sky, a soothing soak in one
of the outdoor spas is always one of life's great pleasures. It's
especially delightful after an invigorating day of skiing while your
children are entertained in the game room. You may prefer a swim in the
outdoor heated pool, or a workout in the fully-equipped private health
club.
YOUR CLUB TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING
While you take full advantage of the Club's many après ski options,
your Club concierge makes the evening's dining reservation at one of
Tahoe's many exceptional restaurants.
- If you want to go snow-mobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride the next day, your concierge will
make those arrangements, as well.
- And for your convenience, the Club has a no-tipping policy. Gratuities are covered by a daily gratuity fee.

Of course, the Northstar™ Club is much more than a winter-only escape.
All Club accommodations, amenities and services are available to
members during each of Tahoe's spectacular seasons.
- Tahoe boasts a superb summer climate and an abundance of warm
weather recreation in the spectacular Sierra Nevada Mountains and on
one of the world's most famous lakes. It's not surprising that the
number of summer visitors exceeds the number of winter vacationers.
- Comfortably warm sunny days are followed by clear, cool nights. An
occasional thunder shower echoes off the mountainsides. The average
summer daytime high is a comfortable 80º and the average nighttime low
is 40º - perfect sleeping weather.
GOLFERS LOVE NORTHSTAR™!
There are more than a half dozen premier golf courses available to the
public in the Northstar™ area, and more than two dozen courses within
an hour drive.
- The magnificent Northstar-at-Tahoe® course, just minutes from your
door, links together a valley front nine and a tree-lined back nine,

A LEGACY OF THE GOOD LIFE
The Northstar™ Club is owned by you and your fellow members and
operated exclusively for your enjoyment. You receive a real estate deed
which secures an undivided interest in a Club residence, all Club
facilities, common areas and land. Your Northstar™ Club membership can
be sold, willed, deeded or placed in trust, just as any other form of
real estate.
- However, unlike other forms of real estate ownership, your
membership provides unequaled services, amenities and privileges
without the usual worries and hassles. The Northstar™ Club is yours to
enjoy whenever you like, as often as you like, subject to the Club's
Reservation policies.
- The Northstar™ Club is unique. It is a mountain sanctuary
meticulously planned and designed for those who appreciate recreation
and hospitality of the highest quality.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Northstar™ Club: 1/7 Share in a luxurious 3-Bedroom 3-Bath or 4-Bedroom
4-Bath condominium. There are six 4-Bedroom and twelve 3-Bedroom condos.
Owners are deeded to a specific unit for recording purposes only.
Members actually have an undivided interest in all condos in the size
they own for potentially unlimited use. Amenities include day use, ski
storage, concierge, and valet service.
Reservation Procedures: There are three categories of reservation use.
- Pre-Planned Winter & Summer Vacations - 2 weeks winter & 2 weeks summer.
- Long Term Space Availability Reservation - 1 week winter & 1 week summer
- Short Term Space Availability reservations - unlimited, from 1 to 7 nights at a time.
There is no limit to the amount of use. If some members use the Club
less than their allotted time, other owners will be able to use it more.
Pre-Planned Vacations: By September 15th of each year each
member completes and returns the Planned Vacation reservation form for
the upcoming winter season for the first two seven day periods. Members
are scheduled on a rotation priority basis. Weeks are booked from
Friday to Friday.
By March 15th of each year the same is required to book Summer Planned Vacations.
Long term Space Available Reservations: After the Planned
Vacations are confirmed, memberships are confirmed for up to an
additional seven days after November 1st on a Long Term Space Available
basis for winter and May 1st for the first Long Term Space Availability
reservation for summer.
Short Term Space Available Reservations: Each Membership may
make one additional reservation from 1 to 7 days of Short Term Space
Availability anytime within 15 days of the anticipated arrival date.
Owners may allow friends and relatives to use their Pre-Planned Vacation Reservations.
Owners may invite Sponsored Guests to lodge at the Club on a Space
Available basis at the Club Managers discretion during non-peak periods
only when the Club is less than 60% booked by the Members.
